Request pathology
Arrange your initial blood testing through EliteTRT for $30.
Complete our short pathology questionnaire, and our doctor will review your information and prepare a pathology referral where clinically appropriate.
Your referral will be sent directly to you, once we receive your results - we will send you a copy and then help guide you through the next steps.

Assessing Your Eligibility for TRT
Getting started with EliteTRT depends on whether you already have recent blood test results.
Need blood work?
Complete our short Initial Pathology Questionnaire. Our doctor will review your information and, where appropriate, prepare a morning Total Testosterone referral for $30. Further testing may be required for an additional $30.
Already have recent blood work?
Complete our Comprehensive Health Questionnaire and upload your results. Our team will review your information and advise on the next steps.
What happens next?
Once the required information and pathology results are available, a telehealth consultation can be arranged where appropriate. Treatment suitability is determined by the doctor following clinical assessment.
Consultation fees are separate. Completing either questionnaire does not guarantee treatment eligibility.
