EliteTRT (referred to as “we,” “us,” “EliteTRT,” or “our”), operates a digital platform to facilitate healthcare services to patients (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user”) in Australia. Our services are offered through our website, elitetrt.com.au (referred to as “website” or “site”), and associated digital platforms (referred to as “platform” or “portal”).

Parties Involved in Services

  1. EliteTRT (Us/We): We facilitate access to consultations, prescriptions, and treatments provided by Australian-registered health professionals.
  2. Medical Practitioners: Our network includes independent doctors who provide consultations, prescribe medications when appropriate, and offer tailored medical advice. Practitioners operate independently of EliteTRT.
  3. Partner Pharmacies: EliteTRT collaborates with partner pharmacies that operate independently to fulfil prescriptions.
  4. Patients (You): Individuals engaging with our platform to address health concerns such as hormone deficiencies and related conditions.
  5. Third-Party Laboratories: Patients will be referred to external laboratories for mandatory blood tests. These entities operate independently, and patients are not obligated to use their services.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that EliteTRT facilitates, but does not provide, direct medical care, prescriptions, or pharmaceutical services.

 

Services Provided & Terms of Service

Services Offered

EliteTRT provides access to medical consultations for conditions including male hormone deficiencies and related health concerns. Our platform serves as a facilitation tool for consultations, prescriptions, and access to relevant healthcare resources. The content provided on our site (e.g., FAQs, general advice) is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

A consultation with a practitioner via EliteTRT does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, or specific treatment. Practitioners exercise their clinical discretion to determine the appropriateness of any service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate access to the platform at our discretion. Notification of changes will be provided via email, and continued use signifies acceptance.

Payment Policies

  1. Payment Before Consultation: All doctor consultations must be paid for prior to booking and consultation.
  2. Service Fee Changes: Fees for consultations and services are subject to change, and updated pricing will be communicated to existing patients via email or at the time of booking or quarterly review.
  3. Transparent Pricing: EliteTRT charges no markups for:
  • Doctor consultations.
  • Pathology panels.
  • Medications dispensed through our preferred partner or local pharmacies.

Responsibilities of Patients

  1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information for consultations and prescription purposes. Failure to do so may result in the denial of services.
  2. Adherence to Medical Advice: Follow the advice and instructions provided by your practitioner, including adherence to blood test schedules and treatment protocols.
  3. General Practitioner Coordination: You are responsible for informing your general practitioner of any treatments initiated through EliteTRT.

Fraud, Misrepresentation & Falsification of Records Policy

1. Purpose

EliteTRT is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and patient safety. This policy sets out the expectations and consequences regarding fraudulent behaviour, misrepresentation, falsification of medical records, and any attempts to manipulate or deceive the company, its medical providers, or its partner organisations.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all patients, prospective patients, and any individuals engaging with EliteTRT for medical services, consultations, or treatment enquiries.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious breaches of this policy and will result in immediate termination of service:

  • Falsifying Medical Records – Submitting altered, fabricated, or misleading pathology results, medical histories, or any other documentation.
  • Misrepresentation – Providing false or deceptive information regarding symptoms, past medical treatments, or existing health conditions.
  • Identity Fraud – Using another individual’s identity, medical records, or prescriptions to obtain treatment.
  • Doctor Shopping & Prescription Fraud – Seeking to obtain multiple prescriptions for the same or similar medication under false pretenses.
  • Tampering with Pathology Reports – Modifying, editing, or otherwise altering blood test results or any diagnostic reports to mislead our providers.

4. Consequences of Violations

Any individual found to have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest behaviour will face immediate and permanent termination of service from EliteTRT. In addition:

  • No refunds will be provided, except at our discretion, and any administrative fees incurred due to investigations or third-party consultations will be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • We reserve the right to notify regulatory authorities, medical boards, partner pathology providers, and law enforcement agencies where necessary.
  • Attempts to bypass this policy (e.g., reapplying under a different name, using false identification, or enlisting another person to act on their behalf) will result in further action.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • EliteTRT staff and medical providers are required to report any suspected fraudulent behavior immediately.
  • We may verify patient-submitted documents with partner pathology providers, external medical bodies, and other third parties to ensure authenticity.
  • Any discrepancies will be flagged for internal review, investigation, and potential legal action.

6. Right to Refuse Service

EliteTRT reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any individual suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or any conduct that could compromise the integrity of our medical services or patient safety.

7. Policy Enforcement

This policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made, and no appeals will be considered for violations of this policy.

Associated Practitioners and Prescriptions

Practitioner-Patient Relationship

Your consultation establishes a direct relationship with the practitioner, who operates independently of EliteTRT. We are not responsible for medical advice or treatment outcomes.

Prescriptions

  1. Commercially Available TGA-approved Medications: Practitioners may prescribe medications they deem appropriate. The availability and fulfilment of these prescriptions are not guaranteed by EliteTRT.
  2. Compounded or Off-Label Prescriptions: Practitioners may prescribe compounded medications or off-label treatments when clinically justified. You acknowledge the associated risks, including the lack of Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approval for compounded formulations.

Liabilities and Disclaimers

  1. Medical Advice: The platform provides general information and facilitates access to healthcare services but does not replace advice from a qualified medical professional.
  2. Third-Party Providers: We do not guarantee the quality or availability of services provided by partner pharmacies or laboratories.
  3. Technical Issues: EliteTRT is not liable for interruptions, errors, or delays in platform functionality.
  4. Consultation Outcomes: A consultation does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Practitioners exercise independent clinical judgment, and outcomes are based on their professional discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Australia.
