Existing blood results

Have results?
Let’s start with those.

Provide your pathology alongside your health information so the team can explain the next steps.

Upload your results with the comprehensive questionnaire.

For a new testosterone deficiency assessment, suitable pathology generally includes two separate morning total testosterone results and the relevant comprehensive markers, collected within the previous three months.

The doctor reviews whether your results are sufficient. If suitable results are already available, new initial and comprehensive referrals may not be needed.

Already receiving TRT?

Include documents about your original diagnosis, current treatment and monitoring. A current pharmacy dispensing label clearly showing your printed name and current medication, or current clinical information from your treating clinic or doctor, can support your transfer review. See the transfer checklist.

What happens after submission?

Our team reviews the information provided and advises on missing documents or next steps before a doctor consultation is arranged where appropriate.
