How to get started with EliteTRT

Eligibility Assessment
Before starting TRT, it’s essential to determine if treatment is right for you. Begin by:
• Completing our online Health Questionnaire, which covers your medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms.
• Undertaking two blood panels: Elite 1 and Elite 2, which assess essential markers like testosterone levels, liver function, and PSA. Please note: Blood test results must be from within the last three months.
Your results can be conveniently and securely uploaded through our website for review by our experienced team.

Initial Consultations
Once your bloodwork and health questionnaire has been received by our team, you will be preliminarily assessed for potential eligibility:
• A 15-minute phone consultation will be conducted with our TRT-experienced non-clinical staff. They will:
• Gather more information for prescribing doctors.
• Answer questions & explain the EliteTRT process.
• Confirm your interest in moving forward.
Upon agreement, you’ll be booked for a Telehealth Consultation with one of our licensed doctors.

Personalised Treatment Plan
During your doctor consultation:
• Your blood test results and health questionnaire will be reviewed in detail.
• If eligible the doctor will design a tailored TRT protocol, considering:
• Dosage and administration frequency.
• Commercial TGA Approved medication options.
• Potential side effects and benefits.
You’ll have the option to fulfil your prescription at:
• A local pharmacy (self-fulfilment), or
• One of our preferred partner pharmacies with no medication markups.

Once you receive your medication, start your personalised protocol. Inform us via email to initiate your follow-up schedule.
Regular monitoring includes:
• Blood tests every 3 months – Elite 3 Panel to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• A structured 12-month cycle with quarterly Telehealth consultations and script renewals.
