Symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, mood swings, and reduced quality of life often indicate the need for TRT, particularly when supported with low serum testosterone levels. At EliteTRT, our doctors conduct thorough assessments, including mandatory bloodwork and comprehensive health questionnaires, to ensure that TRT safely and effectively improves testosterone levels to a therapeutic range while addressing your symptoms.
2. How is TRT administered?
EliteTRT treatment options include commercially available TGA-approved testosterone injections, plus other modalities tailored to your needs. Injections, typically microdosed at least 2–3 times per week, provide stable hormone levels and are the most common option. Our medical team will guide you to the best choice for your lifestyle and health goals.
3. Will I need TRT for life?
TRT is generally a long-term therapy, as the body’s natural testosterone production decreases once treatment begins. However, with proper monitoring, including our quarterly Elite 3 Panel ensures your treatment remains effective and safe. For patients concerned about fertility, we provide additional support to help maintain reproductive health.
4. What are the potential side effects?
Potential side effects include water retention, mood swings, and skin changes like acne. In some cases, preexisting gynecomastia may worsen, but it can be managed with minimum effective dosages, injection frequency and lifestyle adjustments. At EliteTRT, we proactively monitor your health through regular bloodwork and personalised adjustments to mitigate risks while optimising your results.
5. Can I self-fulfil my prescription?
Yes, EliteTRT allows you to self-fulfil your prescription through your local pharmacy. Alternatively, we partner with trusted compounding pharmacies to provide high-quality, commercially available TGA-approved medications at no markup. Prescriptions are issued for a three-month supply.

- Quarterly Fee: $360 – which includes our admin service/support fee, 1 x 15-min Telehealth doctors’ appointment and provision of eScript.
Medication Costs and Script Fulfillment Options:
EliteTRT offers unparalleled flexibility with medication fulfillment:
- Self-Script Fulfilment: Patients can fulfil prescriptions at their local pharmacy, ensuring convenient year-round access, avoiding shipping delays, and eliminating the risk of running out of medication.
- Partner Pharmacy Fulfilment: Alternatively, patients may fulfil prescriptions through one of our trusted partner pharmacies. All medications are TGA-Approved and commercially available. Medication costs are approximately $20 per 1mL Testosterone. EliteTRT applies no markups – patients pay exactly what the pharmacy charges.
- Average Annual costs including EliteTRT’s service fee, Doctors fees (4 x 15-min Telehealth consultations), eScript provision and medication is $1960
Average Annual Bloodwork Costs:
*Please note that bloodwork costs are separate from EliteTRT’s fees. The iMedical panels below are designed for convenience, ensuring all key biomarkers are monitored for TRT tolerance and overall health.
- Elite 1 Panel (Onboarding Bloodwork): $212.00

The average annual cost for bloodwork via iMedical ranges between $640 and $760, depending on individual requirements. Please note the above panels were designed by EliteTRT in collaboration iMedical, offering convenience to access comprehensive Elite-branded panels at cost with no profit margin.
Important:
When ordering Elite 1 and Elite 2 panels through iMedical, please order them separately. Do not add both to the same cart. Each panel needs its own referral form and must be completed on a different day to avoid results being blended. Order Elite 1 first, then complete checkout, and place a separate order for Elite 2.
Additional Fees & Costs
To keep things transparent, here are some potential extra costs to be aware of during your treatment:
- 15-minute bloodwork review Consultation (no rescript): $120
For follow up bloodwork/screening consultations where no new prescription is required. Includes discussion of results and any adjustments to your current dose. - Consultation requiring rescript or new medication: $360
This incurs the standard quarterly fee as it initiates a new three-month treatment period requiring monitoring and support. - Doctor-signed letters (Travel, Referral, Treatment Summary etc): $50
Doctor Review (No Consult): $50 – This fee applies when a doctor reviews blood work, provides written feedback or guidance, or updates clinical notes outside of the scheduled quarterly review.
Re-script (No Consultation Required) *Available only in unique circumstances where the doctor determines a consultation is not required: $50

All fees are structured to support safe prescribing, regular review, and flexible access to your medications without markups.
*In some cases, our doctor may require additional consultations, blood tests, and/or screening (e.g. MRI) before initiating or continuing TRT, which can result in extra external fees.
8. Is TRT covered by Medicare or Insurance?
EliteTRT operates as a private practice, and its services are not subsidised under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). While private health insurance does not cover our services directly, some policies with extras cover may allow you to claim a portion of your medication costs. 9. Can I transfer my TRT treatment from another clinic to EliteTRT?
Yes, EliteTRT makes it easy to transfer your TRT treatment from another clinic while ensuring compliance with Australian regulations. To begin the process, follow these steps:
- Complete Our Health Questionnaire:
Start by filling out our comprehensive health questionnaire. This allows you to provide all relevant information, including:
- Your recent Elite 3 bloodwork results.
- Your pre-TRT bloodwork results.
- Details about your current clinic and treatment history.
- Obtain and Submit the Consent Form:
Once your health questionnaire has been completed upon your request we will provide you with a Consent for Transfer of Medical Records and Prescription Information form.
- Complete this form and send it to your existing TRT clinic.
- Request that your clinic forward your prescription information and other relevant medical records to EliteTRT.
- Schedule an Initial Consultation:
After completing the health questionnaire and providing mandatory bloodwork you will gain access to schedule your initial consultation with one of our non-medical team.
- During this session, they will review your submitted information, discuss your treatment goals, and determine if you meet the criteria to proceed with a doctor consultation for potential transfer of care.
- Doctor Consultation and Onboarding:
If you pass the preliminary assessment, you’ll meet with one of our doctors for a 15-minute consultation.
- The doctor will finalise your onboarding and create a personalised TRT treatment plan tailored to your health goals.

11. What is WMT?
Elite Weight Management is a doctor-supervised, prescription-based weight-reduction program that may assist you in achieving long-term fat loss, better energy, and improved wellbeing.
Our team combines medical oversight, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing support – all delivered securely through Telehealth.
12. How does the process work?
- Health Questionnaire: Complete our quick online form to share your health history, bloodwork and background.
- Initial Non-Medical Call: You can schedule an initial no-obligation consultation with our non-medical team to discuss next steps.
- Blood Tests: If suitable, we’ll send you a link to complete the required pathology tests.
- Invoice & Booking: Once results are received, we’ll confirm whether a conversation with our doctor would be suitable, send your invoice, and book your doctor consultation.
- Doctor Consultation: During a Telehealth consultation an Australian-registered doctor will review your results and, if appropriate, prescribe a medical weight-reduction treatment.
- Instant Prescription: After the consult, the doctor sends your script directly to your phone – no waiting or mark-ups. You can fill it immediately at your preferred pharmacy.
- Follow-Up: Regular check-ins, blood reviews, and lifestyle adjustments ensure safe, steady progress.

13. What type of medication is prescribed?
Our doctors use clinically proven prescription medications that act on natural appetite and metabolism pathways.
They help reduce cravings, regulate energy balance, and support sustainable fat loss.
All prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate, after your doctor reviews your results and medical history.
Specific medication names aren’t advertised publicly and will be discussed during your consult.
14. How effective is the program?

15. Who is eligible?
You may be eligible if you:
- Have a BMI ≥ 27 kg/m² with related health factors (e.g. elevated blood pressure, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, obstructive sleep apnoea), or
- Have a BMI ≥ 30 kg/m², and
- Are motivated to improve your health with medical support.
Eligibility is confirmed once your doctor reviews your blood test results.
